The ask, rethink error email recipients of a Power Platform solution. The original maker needs to transfer ongoing support to the help desk and presently, if there’s an issue, the cloud flows are designed to email the maker directly.
Fortunately, the solution’s data source is a series of SharePoint Online (SPO) lists, so there’s at least one site hosting the canvas app content and it’s a Team site. Being a Team site, when the SPO site was originally created, a Microsoft 365 group was also created and that group is email-enabled:

It may have slipped the maker’s mind, but when the SPO site was created, they were asked for a Site name and Site description, along with a Group email address. Now, instead of emailing the maker directly, the cloud flows could use this email address:

Though, before emailing the group, ensure the group is private, not public. End-users should not be able to just stumble across this group and join without an invite:

So, the maker could find this group in Outlook, but sometimes it’s just as easy to open the SPO site, then select Conversations in the site navigation:

After selecting Conversations in the site navigation, the maker should be taken to the Microsoft 365 group in Outlook. They would see a welcome email and along the top, see options to follow the group in their Inbox:

With the Microsoft 365 group, the helpdesk team members have a few options. At a high-level, they could choose to receive emails in their respective inboxes or not.
For the primary support person, they may like to “Receive all email and events” in their Inbox. For everyone else, they may opt to “Don’t receive any group messages” and choose to check the mailbox periodically:

Conclusion:
The Microsoft 365 groups of the group-connected SharePoint Online (SPO) sites are email-enabled and can be used to centralize support emails. To a degree, it actually makes sense that if the SPO site is the data source, why not use it and its resources to house project assets.
